It is REQUIRED that you setup your security questions. This will expedite the process of resetting your password on your own without contacting help desk. The steps are below:
1) Login into Medisked with your user name/password
2) At the top of the homepage you will see " YOUR NAME Connect"
3) On the left hand side of next screen choose "Manage Security" under the "Preferences Module"
4) The next screen will give you the option to change your password and setup your security questions for future password recovery
