- As a director/supervisor, can I re-set a staff password? (they either write down wrong or enter wrong-tablet have to hit lower case then upper case to register a capital letter): No. Contact IT to reset it. Also have staff go to (Staff's name)'s Connect once they are logged in and set security questions so they can get in if they forget their password and change it themselves.
- Staff person is not in Medisked in the supervisor's list of staff? First check People and Services>Add/Change Location Service>Choose Location>Click the icon that shows the little people (Allowed/Qualified Persons)> Find staff name in the list and make sure the dot is on Yes. If you make a change be sure to click save at the top of the page. If they are not in this list, email Amanda Woodard at Corp (ICF), or Jessica Gibbs at COHO for Comm OPs to add the staff person to Medisked.
Once they are in the location go back to People and Services>Add/Change Service Info>Choose the Service for the Home MCO of the facility (ICF) or the Client's MCO and service (CommOps). Find staff name in the list and make sure the dot is on Yes. If you make a change be sure to click save at the top of the page.
- At initial log in, a staff person can't see any relevant client information and/or is told to "See Administrator". Supervisor should check the employee information to make sure they are in the correct service, location, and schedule block.
- Staff person isn't seeing anything on mobile site. Check to make sure the staff person has the correct schedule block for employee.
- When accessing Medisked on a tablet, the pop-ups and drop downs aren't showing properly (Half or hidden). Hold the tablet in a portrait (up and down) position for mobile site access and the popups should be visible.
- The staff person doesn't have the needed access to information that should be showing in their Medisked account. Supervisor/Director may need to qualify the staff person for service and location.
For Community Ops Only:
- A staff is in the service but can't see the plan (for Example staff is qualified for Community Networking Services-Individual Vaya MRO, they must also be qualified for the Community Service Plan) . Go to People and Services>Add/Change Service Info>Choose the appropriate service> Find staff name in the list and make sure the dot is on Yes. If you make a change be sure to click save at the top of the page.
