Medisked file sizes have to be less than 25mb to upload. Therefore if it won't attach to an email it won't attach to Medisked chart Documents. 
  1. Open File in Adobe
  2. Go to Tools in the upper left corner 
  3. Choose "Optimize PDF" 
    1. This will give you 4 options: "Reduce File Size', 'Advanced Optimization', 'Optimize Scanned Files', and 'Preflight'
  4. Choose 'Advanced Optimization' 
  5. A box pops up with specs, just leave it as its set and click 'OK'
    1. It will take just a second and make you resave it and then it will reduce the size. The quality of the file is reduced, but its still completely readable and you'll be able to upload it.
