Mobile Devices: Chrome works best with Medisked and we request they use this for best results. Once you type in the site name (skillcreations.mediskedconnect.net/mobile) and it starts to load the site it should have a popup to allow location. If it does not here are some ways too check to make sure the location settings, browsing data, and security is on to allow Medisked to work properly. 

If it does not ask to allow the location and/or you login and the Check in/Check out option doesn’t show like it should, follow the steps below to check your settings.

IN APPLE DEVICES: 

  • Settings>Privacy & Security>Location Services>
  • Make sure the toggle is on at the top 

  • Scroll down through the list of apps to the browser you use (Safari or Chrome usually) The app settings should have the option ‘While Using the App’ checked AND ‘Precise Location’ should be toggled on 

  • Then go to the Browser: Chrome 

    • Once you type in the site name (skillcreations.mediskedconnect.net/mobile) and it starts to load the site it should have a popup to allow location. If they have blocked this in the past, it may have saved that setting, therefore not popping up again, or they may have popups blocked. This must be changed for the settings to work. 
    • Settings à the 3 dots at the bottom of the screen. 
    • Tap the ‘Site Settings’ icon and make sure ‘Connection’ is set to Secure

  • Then go to the Browser: Safari
    In the Safari app, Tap the menu icon next to the web address
    When the box pops up from the bottom, tap the 3 dots in the bottom right corner

  • Go to the bottom of the page and find Location and make sure it is set to Allow.  If it is not, tap it and change it to Allow 

For Android/Samsung Devices:

  • Go to phone Settings app. Find and tap ‘Location’
  • Within Location settings make sure it is toggled on, and then tap ‘App Permissions’ and find ‘Chrome’
  • Scroll down within the list of apps in App Permissions to find and tap ‘Chrome’ 
  •  Within the Chrome settings, make sure it is set to ‘Allow only while using the app’ Also make sure the ‘Precise Location’ is on
