Clearing Cashe Files and other Issues Using Medisked on Mobile Devices 

 

Clear Cashe Files: This should be done regularly. Like once a week or once every other week to keep the cashe from slowing Medisked down. 

 

In Chrome: 

  1. Tap the 3 dots at the bottom right or top right of the screen. 
  2. Tap 'Settings'
  3. Find 'Privacy and Security'
  4. Then tap 'Delete Browsing Data'
  5. In the menu that pops up at the bottom, change 'Time Range' to "All Time" and under "Browsing Data" select "Cashed files"
  6. Tap 'Delete Data'

 

Once you’ve done that, ensure all tabs with Medisked are closed and then open a new tab and login to Medisked again. 

Other Problems:

The other problem may be if the are keeping old tabs open all the time, or have several tabs open, even if they are old, they can cause login issues. To close all tabs you can’t just close the app. The tabs stay open within the app.

 

To Close Tabs in Chrome:

  1.  To close tabs, tap the + at the bottom of the page.
  2. The tabs show up as squares. Tap the in the top right of each square to close out the tabs.
