Open Remote Desktop change the computer to either “ts01-sc” or 10.0.0.31. Your username should already be in and correct.
After logging in, to use TickTock, you MUST map the drive and it MUST be the T: drive
To map the drive, open File explorer on the remote desktop server. Select “This PC” on the left, then select “computer” in the upper navigation bar. Once the pop-down appears, select “Map Network Drive”, and then “Map Network Drive”.
When the “Map Network Drive” window opens, Select the Drive letter T: from the dropdown. TickTock WILL NOT WORK if another drive is selected.
In the Folder box, type in (or cut and paste from here) \\gpserver01-sc\Tick-Tock Software and click Finish.
That’s it. The folder will open if the path is correct. You can close the folder. The TickTock shortcut on your desktop will now work.
