How to Remove and Add a new network shared printer. (The example below is for the corporate printers, but almost any location will be the same steps)
Remove: Type Printers & Scanners into the search bar at the bottom of your screen and press enter.
Once the settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners window pops up, select the first printer that says %printer_name% on 10.0.0.20 by clicking on the small arrow to the right
Once the printer properties opens, select “remove” at the top right
Repeat for any other printers you see that are “…on 10.0.0.20.
Add: With the Printers & Scanners window still open, click on “Add Device” at top right in blue.
There will be LOTS of printers show up. Find the printers that are “…on SERVER01-SC”. there are only two at this point, the Brother and the Toshiba.
Click on Add Device for the desired printer. The printer will be installed.
One you’ve removed and/or added the printers, close the window.
