The Greenshades pay information display issue has been resolved.  As part of the solution, every Skill Creations staff will have to recreate their Greenshades account profile.  See below for some key points so the setting up of your account can run smoothly.  

  • Skill Creations employee email access is required to view your Greenshades account.  If you do not have SCI email access contact your supervisor.
  • For Greenshades access use a computer not a tablet or smart phone.  This will make the account creation easier.
  • Your employee ID is the last 5 digits of your SSN.
  • If you had a help desk ticket, it has been closed.  We ask that you try the attached instructions then submit a new ticket for assistance if you are still having trouble.
  •  If you are having difficulty accessing your Greenshades pay information contact your supervisor.


Greenshades Login Instructions

Prior to starting these instructions please make sure staff has access to their SCI email.  Also use a computer not a tablet or smartphone device.   

 

Using a computer start at http://www.skillcreations.com and click on the Greenshades link under Staff Resources. Starting from the SCI homepage is important to get you to the correct link for Greenshades.

Enter your SCI email address and your Greenshades password.  See end of the instructions for password reset information.

 

 


 

 

 






The next screen will your ask for employee ID (last 5 digits of SSN) and the either your DOB or last name.

 

  

 

 

 






After entering your information, you will be brought back to the login screen.  Enter your SCI email and Greenshades password.

 

 


 






Text Option: If you previously setup two factor, authentication there will be a code texted to your mobile device.  Enter the code and choose “Continue”

OR

SCI Email Option:   There will be an option to have a verification code emailed to your SCI email.  Use the code received in your email and choose “Continue”

The next screen will be your pay information.



 






Password Reset Instructions

 

 If you do know your Greenshades password choose “Reset your password”

 

 

 

 






Enter your SCI email address.   An email will be sent that will allow you to reset your password.  Follow the account creation steps above.
