For any course that has a certificate:
- Login to Relias under 'Learner'
- Go to the menu on the left and find 'Transcript'. This will have a list of the courses you've completed. Any that have printable certificates has a little certificate icon next to it.
- Locate the course you want to print the certificate for and click the certificate icon If it does not and has an icon that says "complete evaluation" click that and complete the evaluation for the course and then the certificate icon will pop up.
- After clicking, a Print Certificate page will open
- In the Certificates box select Certificate of Completion
- Verify your Contact info on the rest of the page
- Then you have 3 options: Print, email, or download Certificates.
- The download will download the certificate as a PDF
- Email will give you a pop up box to enter the information to email the certificate
- Print will open the certificate in a new window and prompt you through the steps to print.
**FOR CPR: you should have received a link in your email upon completion of the class with that certificate in it.
