Navigate to the 'Planning' tab at the top menu, then find 'View Plan' on the left menu. Select the client's name then click 'Next' Navigate to the plan for the goal data you want to view. (For ICF this will be the current plan in the ICF Planning Service row.) (For Community Ops this will be the current plan for the service that goal is under), When the plan loads you will see a blue box that will list the Subplan name, and next to it several small icons. Look for the one that has a piece of paper and a check mark.
Click that and it opens a new tab or window with a gray background. The page will look like this:
From there you will narrow your dates and then for the 'Checklist type' (For ICF) you will select "How (Support/Intervention)"
(For Community Ops, you will choose "Assessment")
Then Select 'Generate Checklist' or 'Generate Printable checklist' and the goal data will populate in blocks with the dates along the top row and goal steps/information on the left.
