-  Can’t find client data under location tab under MY PROGRESS NOTES.  This happens if there are no COMPLETABLE notes for that day in that service. Again, if someone accidentally completed the note they started instead of SIGN and CLOSE, this will remove the visibility under the location on the dashboard


-  Location not showing up on dashboard.  If someone claims that their location is no longer visible under MY PROGRESS NOTES, then go to People/Services tab, select Add/Change Location, and ensure the employee is qualified for the location. Then refresh.
