- Under Schedule/Notes tab, nurse can’t find where to enter notes. Select ENTER NOTES on left hand side, then filtering is really key here. Filter by DATE RANGE, CLIENT, SERVICE and LOCATION will really narrow down the calendar that populates. Once calendar populates, ENTER NOTE button should be there.
- Can’t enter notes, "none available". If someone accidentally COMPLETES a note instead of SIGN and CLOSE, then the note disappears for everyone else to enter for the rest of the day. You will have to go to Schedule/Notes tab, find the day/service/note and UNCOMPLETE the note so that it again appears and becomes open for data entry.
