-  Cannot add a new planning period for client.  To remedy,  select the “New” yellow box as an admin. This is ongoing and being investigated. Work around is Raquel or Robin will start a new planning period for the nurse so they can then edit.


-  Do not see Nursing Plan service to enter a new plan.  This would be because the employee is not appropriately qualified for that service, or the client is not appropriately qualified for that service. Both should be checked.


-  Lost information when entering data into plan or it is “timing out” and not saving information.  When data is entered into the plan, the SAVE button in the middle of the screen at the bottom is the correct way to save information in the plan; NOT the Save/Update feature at the bottom with the timer.


-  How to delete plan started accidentally.  If a plan is accidentally started, there is a “Delete Plan” tab highlighted in red at the top on the right hand side. 


-  Cannot find client chart from home screen location.  Any goals entered into version one of the plan do not pull over into version 2. You have to start from scratch. Easiest to open up two screens and copy/paste from one screen to the next.
