-  Cannot save any medications/allergies/problem list information in the MIP (More Information Page).   This is usually due to excess data/wingding characters populating in the Client Personal Information tab on the MIP under Program Schedule


-  Cannot find where to enter observations.  This is NOT done in the MIP; this is completed in a service note and you must go to SCHEDULE/NOTES to find this for the correct service OR select ENTER NOTE from home page location


-  Cannot find where to search for entered nursing notes.  Under Client-Specific Dated Comments Log, the search fields are not easily separated from the “Add new” comment log. This can get confusing for the user. “Click to add Comment” opens a new note. Directly below this is the search fields for finding previously entered notes.
