Sophos files are located in Egnyte > Shared > IT > Executable Files > SkillCreationsVPN OR attached to this article
You need to download the Sophos Connect Exe and the skillcreationsvpn.pro file to get started.
1 - Install Sophos Connect VPN Client on your PC.
Double click SophosConnect_2.1.20_(IPsec_and_SSLVPN).msi to install VPN client.
Accept default options. (Let Help Desk know if you need admin authorization to install)
2 – Import VPN profile into Sophos Connect VPN client by Double clicking the SkillCreationsVPN.pro file. A black command-line screen will flash on your screen when it installs.
3 - Install Sophos Interceptor X Application on your Phone (See icon below as an example)

4 – Open your web browser and navigate to Sophos User Portal Address:

5 – Login to Sophos User Portal using Active Directory username and password. Should be the same you would use to log into your computer or Remote Desktop for a server connection. A QR code should be visible on the next screen. Keep this window open for the next step
6 – Open Sophos Intercept X app on your phone: Tap the Menu (3 Lines) in the top left corner of the app then choose ‘Authenticator’. At the top of the page is a small square icon to scan QR code. Tap that icon and it will open a camera. Scan QR code image from step 5, (If asked, Allow camera access). Account list will appear with "Sophos SFOS", your name@skills and a number with a 30 second timer counting down when the account is created. Keep this app open for the next step.
7 – Open Sophos Connect on your desktop. Log into the Sophos Connect Client login using your AD credentials from Step 5, the number generated from your phone in step 6, and the captcha. It will log in and the captcha will disappear, leaving you to log in again. The second time will not require a Captcha. Enter your information again. A green check mark will appear in the Sophos Window when the connection authenticates. Click anywhere on the screen to minimize the app in the corner.
